Course Introduction
Introduction to Anatomy and Physiology is a foundational course designed to acquaint students with the structure and function of the human body. Emphasizing the interrelationship between anatomy (the study of body structure) and physiology (the study of body function), this course explores major body systems such as the skeletal, muscular, nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory, and digestive systems. Students will learn essential terminology, basic cell and tissue structure, and the mechanisms that maintain homeostasis. Through a combination of lectures, laboratory activities, and interactive learning, students gain a comprehensive understanding of how the bodys components work together to support life.
