Course Introduction
Environmental Science is an interdisciplinary field that explores the complex interactions between humans and the natural environment. This course provides a comprehensive overview of key topics including ecosystems, biodiversity, natural resources, pollution, climate change, and sustainable development. Students will examine the scientific principles underlying environmental processes, analyze the impact of human activities on the Earth, and evaluate solutions to current environmental challenges through critical thinking and problem-solving. The course encourages the development of informed perspectives on environmental issues and prepares students to contribute to sustainable environmental stewardship.
