LIFE REFLECTIONS Jeffrey Allen Dillard, 31, of Aurora, IL went to be to be with the lord July 24, 2020 following a motorcycle accident. He was born on April 16, 1989 and raised by his mother Angela Dillard, who preceded him in death.

He attended East Aurora High School and received his GED. He was a loving father with a laugh that made others smile.

He is survived by his son Julian Dillard Gonzalez (with mother Kristina (Victor) Luna) also his four legged son Chevy Dillard (Dog); sisters Jessica (Odis Hillsman) Dillard & Jennifer Dillard, brothers Jeremy (Candice Martin) Dillard & Jerald (Karley) Dillard, 3 half-brothers Rogelio (Robin) Garza, Ernesto"Nat" Garza, Israel Garza & 3 half-sisters Ermelinda Garza, Victoria Garza, Oralia Garza; grandparents Jayne (Lee Bee),Coffey, Wilburn (Jo Ann) Dillard; aunts & uncle; and several nieces, nephews & cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother, sister Jeannette “Nikki” Dillard, and nephew Aries “JayBird” Gonzalez

“I’M FREE” Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free, I’m following the path God laid for me.

I took his hand when I heard his call, I turned my back and left it all.

I could not stay another day, To laugh, to love, to work, to play.

Tasks left undone must stay that way, I’ve found that peace at the close of the day.

If my parting has left a void, Then fill it with remembered joy.

A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, Ah yes, these things I too will miss.

Be not burdened with times of sorrow, I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.

My Life’s been full, I savoured much, Good friends, good times, a loved one’s touch, Perhaps my time seemed all too brief, Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief.

Lift up your heart and share with me, God wanted me now, He set me free.

I always thought of you as my little brother and at the other times one of my children. So this is why my heart is so heavy and my mind is lost. Knowing you are gone gone from us. I LOVE YOU and ALWAYS hold you in my heart WILL MISS YOU. -Love Odis Your passing left a hole in mine and grandpa’s heart. You are gone but never forgotten.

I hear you when you’re laughing, and watch you as you sleep.

I even place my arms around you to calm you as you weep.

I see you wish the days away, begging to have me home.

So I try to send you signs so you know you are not alone.

Don’t feel guilty that you have life that was denied to me.

Heaven is truly beautiful, just you wait and see.

So live your life, laugh again, enjoy yourself, be free.

Then I know with every breath you take You’ll be taking one for me.

You only see what I show you. Just know I’m moving the way I’m supposed to!!!

-Aunt Melody Jeffrey, God knows this here broke me to pieces. Not only did i lose my lil bro i lost my son. You always said thank you for for stepping up and standing in moms place. I know i couldnt replace her but i swear i tried my best to do what she would of wanted me to do. You were my glue when i would fall apart. U always said “big sis you got this”. Idk how im going to stay together without you here, But i know u wont want me to fall apart. So lil bro know sis gonna hold it down n make sure Juju will always be straight. I promise like i promise my kids im here to do what i got to.
