What’s On Saudia November
Preamble
This month, the Saudi What’s On is a newsletter first, and Saudi inspiration second. While some events are one-night only, the start of Riyadh season and a cool change in the weather means many attractions in Riyadh are opening for the season.

LifeLab Integrated Wellness
Opening in KAFD in midNovember, the lab will be a new hub for the health-forward workers in the district and beyond.
The LifeLab project has been built on 5 principles of health: movement, mind, recovery, nutrition and connection and is equipped with the latest health and wellness tech, such as their red-light therapy sauna
Their fitness retreat, The Enclave, opened in 2025 and is used for group yoga, pilates and wellness breaks from the city.
