ENTRANCE AND PARKING DURING THE SHOW:

Only the main entrances to the Sports & Wellness Centre will be open during the Show. During the Show there is no designated “Exhibitors” entrance, all access must be through the Main Entry at the Mackay Arena.

NEW: BADGES

Exhibitors are required to wear their assigned Exhibitor Badge at all times to gain entry into the Show. Exhibitors are asked to use the Mackay Arena Show Entry Door, SHOW

STAFF. Exhibitor entries will have Exhibitor Entry Only signage throughout the facility and will be monitored for entry or re-entry, as required. Please note that you will be required to be wearing (not carrying your Exhibitor badge). Parking can and often will get congested. There will be other events running concurrently at the Sports & Wellness Centre (Senators games on the evenings, for example) so be sure to park accordingly. To allow for visitor parking, all exhibitors must park their vehicles in the back of the south (gravel) lot, with visitor access in mind.

PAYMENT FOR EXHIBITOR SPACE:

Exhibitor or Lifestyle booth spaces must be paid in full at minimum, 3 business days prior to the Show based on the Terms & Conditions. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will space be allowed to be sublet by any exhibitor. The name appearing on the exhibit space contract is the only company permitted to occupy the contracted space.

Any outstanding accounts with the Quinte Home Builder’s Association (including unpaid membership fees) must be paid in full before set-up of your booth space commences.

EXHIBITOR BADGE ASSIGNMENT & PICKUP

Each Exhibitor may receive up to 4 Exhibitor Badges as part of your Exhibitor contract. Lifestyle Exhibitors will receive up to 2 Exhibitor Badges. These three-day, Exhibitor Badges are to be worn at all times during the Show. Exhibitors can pick up their Exhibitor Badges from the QHBA booth during set up times. These badges will allow exhibitors entry or reentry during exhibitor operating hours. EXHIBITOR BADGES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE and shall not be given to anyone other than those working within an exhibitor’s booth during the Show.
