HIGH PERFORMANCE CAMPUS DEDICATED TRAINING, PERFORMANCE, RECOVERY AND REHABILITATION CENTRE THE CAMPUS high performance centre, created to meet the needs and demands of professional athletes, is equipped with the latest in sports technology including a fully equipped high performance heavy weight gym. Our centre is home to our team of active living and sports physicians which consists of a qualified team of coaches, trainers, doctors, physiotherapists, and performance analysts. To enhance player and coach communication, our centre also provides creative zones for a range of uses including analysis, team building, and media relations.
HYDRO CENTRE CREATED WITH STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY Enjoy a full range of swimming amenities including advanced swim lane sessions and private aquatic training in our 25 metre heated pool. Hydrotherapy, hot and/or cold plunge pools and sauna and steam room facilities are also available.
PITCH SELECTED FOR ITS ALL-SEASON DURABILITY, AND FEATURED IN SOME OF THE WORLDS MOST RENOWNED SPORTING VENUES. THE CAMPUS is home to the DESSO GrassMaster hybrid pitch – a high tech pitch known for its playing consistency. Exclusively aimed at professional sporting teams and adhering to top international standards, the newly allocated green is 155 x 84 metres and allows us to configure to football, rugby and GAA grounds including technical areas. Our world-renowned Quinta do Lago professional green keepers ensure the pitch is kept in immaculate condition at all times.
GYM THE HIGH PERFORMANCE GYM PROVIDES THE PERFECT ENVIRONMENT FOR ATHLETES Equipped with plenty of weight, 4 racks, plate loaded machines, dumbbells up to 60kgs, watt bikes, assault bikes, Technogym skill mills, functional and medical equipment and Portugal’s first Outrace kinesiology machine. The gym doors slide open straight on to the pitch, providing a seamless transition between pitch, gym, medical, recovery, nutrition and changing room spaces.
