With Spring hopefully just around the corner, we are looking forward to brighter, lighter days and a bit of colour in the garden to signal Winter drawing to an end.

It’s been a difficult few months for most people, homeowners and businesses alike. I know that many of you have seen quieter times of late due to the cost of living crisis. At Quick Find, we have been working harder to make sure all our advertisers are seen on as many platforms as possible.

As many of you will be aware, the future is digital and although we have no intentions of stopping our directory delivery, we have made big strides ahead with our website and social media presence. We have a new website and a new look which follows through on our directories and social media platforms. In addition, we now regularly post on the new Next Door app, LinkedIn, TikTok as well as Facebook and Instagram

Reviews and recommendations are even more important now, as many potential customers will expect to see reviews from your previous customers before they consider contacting you.

I am pleased to say that the recommendations we receive from your customers have increased significantly over the past months and we make sure these are front and foremost on our website home page and spread further on social media.

There are still a few of our advertisers who are not making the best of this facility and therefore losing out on calls from customers who may choose another company who has recommendations.

In short, recommendations are key to the success of every business.
