There are new mats in the practice nets and the black tee on the 3rd is so close to being playable. The great success of the last two Sunday Music Sessions has allowed us to invest in new tables, chairs and marquees for future events. We have exciting things in place for the clubhouse – and watch out for our new website in the very near future!

Happy Golfing!

Brad Teal OAM - President.

We knew our club was ranked up there with the best.... now everyone else does as well!!

HUGE congratulations to all the team (Grounds staff, Staff, Committee, Volunteers, Members) who have worked so hard over the last 12+ months.... your efforts have been recognised!

We ranked number 56!

Reminders and Updates

We have had a few incidences on the causeway with members and visitors not complying with the road rules, traffic lights and security. Please make sure you adhere to all the road rules to avoid suspension from the island (via Defence).

QGC wishes to congratulate Jake Sizer on his new appointment as Golf Course superintendent. We are sure you would all agree that the course is in one of the best conditions that it has ever been, and we are very much looking forward to seeing how much the course continuities to improve! Well done to Jake on your appointment and to the whole course team on their wonderful work.

The QGC had a visit from MP Libby Coker last week. It was a great opportunity for us to be heard by key Government figures on some key challenges that the club faces. Watch this space!

Jake, Kelvin and all the Grounds team have been working hard to get the new black tee ready! 161 meters (exact measurements to come) and a little more water to make this hole a fun challenge!
