PURCHASE AND SALE

The mentioned rates are net and should be paid directly to Queen Limousine and Services. The prices may increase due to the rising cost of fuel,VAT, check points, tickets etc., or because of unforeseeable circumstances. The rates are valid till the 31st of December 2023. The services are available on request with a prior written note to our booking department via mail to booking@queenlimousine.com

Private Transfers costs refer to rides in a downtown area of the respective city, any route deviation may impact the price. Tickets are issued only with advance payment as they are not refundable and can not be changed.

Porterage service is available on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any service can be cancelled or rescheduled according to the cancellation policy stated in the agreement or messages from Company’s booking department.

QUEEN LIMOUSINE AND SERVICES I-CHAT

BTG I-Chat is a specially designed service that gives its customers an opportunity to receive fast, clear and expert answers from the Company’s booking managers (there are at least two booking managers in the group chat) even outside business hours. This service is highly recommended for lastminute or force majeure issues; however, it may not be used for cancellation or reschedule inquires

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Any request or re-schedule inquiry or booking cancellation is accepted only in a written form via mail to booking@queenlimousine.com Every service re-schedule is subject to price

change or its availability.

It is highly advised to share as many details as possible such as your reference number, trip dates, number of passengers, luggage volume and its size, passengers’ contact information, etc., while booking or requesting service to get precise service estimates.

Last-minute changes or cancellations must be done via mail at booking@queenlimousine.com during office hours. Last-minute changes or cancellations during off-hours must be communicated via the Company’s toll number.

Any request or re-schedule inquiry or booking cancellation is managed by the Company’s booking department and must be confirmed by the Company’s booking department in a written form via mail. It is highly advised to share the Company’s toll number with the customers in case of issues on site.

The use of I-Chat with the company’s managers is for the purpose of quick communication only. No cancellation or reschedule inquires will be accepted on the Company’s I-Chat.

CUSTOMER CARE

Queen Limousine and Services cares about its customers. The emotional connection with the brand’s community is very important to the Company. The operator will accept customers’ complaints within five working days after a service is provided if one of its aspects is a refund request. Moreover, an immediate communication of the issue is mandatory to get involved the operator. The open line is management@queenlimousine.com as each customer’s input matters for Queen Limousine and Services.

FORCE MAJEURE

Due to COVID-19 and other unforeseen restrictions and other circumstances beyond BOUTIQUE TRAVEL GROUP’S reasonable control, the services are subject to change. The operator is also not responsible for any changes, restrictions or deviations caused by any unforeseeable circumstance, weather conditions or governmental decisions and beyond operator’s reasonable control.

Any supplement must be paid by the customer.

LIABILITY

Queen Limousine and Services has no standalone legal duty to bear the cost of replacing or repairing customers’ belongings that have been lost or forgotten or damaged by third parties during the services organized by the operator.

Queen Limousine and Services is not liable for any reimbursement due to flight, train, ship, customers’ delay or delay beyond operator’s reasonable control.

NOTES AND TIPS

DISPOSAL TIME: a time included in a private Transfers rate. On arrival at the airport the disposal time is one hour, at the railway station the disposal time is 30 minutes. On departure, the maximum disposal time limit is 10 minutes. Any flight train, customer delay or luggage loss delay will incur supplemental costs. The customers should inform the Company by toll number about any delay, otherwise the service will be ended according the time dedicated to the service rate. The customers also should call the Company by toll number in case they are unable to find their driver, assistant or guide at the meeting point.

MEETING POINT: The service meeting point is advised by the operator due to current security measures or sanitary restrictions.
