LEARN ABOUT OUR SERVICES SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS Our standard delivery time for in-stock items is 7-10 days to most locations.

Some furniture and most carpets are custommade at the time of order and require manufacturing time. Shipping times depend on the item but are generally between 2 – 8 weeks. During the peak season of May to October, the lead time can be an additional 24 weeks.

We will notify you if an item is out of stock by the manufacturer or discontinued. We reserve the right to cancel these items from your order.

DELIVERY OPTIONS Hold until ready to receive – Request this service when your new facility is under construction or closed temporarily.

Provide firm or tentative delivery dates whenever possible.

Label all boxes – Request this service when boxes need to be identified by room. Provide all labeling information at the time of order.

Truck – Oversized packages and large orders shipping on a pallet(s) must ship to a street address. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment and will make every effort to deliver the order through your main floor door. Due to accessibility and safety, if the shipment is too large to fit through your door, the carrier will leave it outside with your permission. If you require delivery beyond your main floor door, contact us for a custom quote.
