Fans & Legends is a season at QUAD inspired by newly commissioned work by the artist susan pui san lok based on The Condor Trilogy, a series of wuxia novels that have inspired numerous films and television adaptations. The season features exhibitions, talks, screenings and a host of educational activities and events that not only examine the place of the martial arts in the public consciousness, but also other legends and pop cultural phenomena in wider society. Fans & Legends as a season also examines the role of the fans who in many instances dedicate much of their free time to follow something they feel passionate about.
