The Queensland Piano Competition (QPC) is a long standing competition and in 2023, we will celebrate its thirtieth year.
The QPC will be held in Saturday 26, Sunday 27 August and Friday 1, Saturday 2 September at the University of Queensland School of Music and Queensland Music Teachers’ Association.
The competition showcases amazing talent and is open to pianists from across Australia and the Asia Pacific. Entrants range from young children to mature aged adults. It is an inclusive competition and pianists of any level of ability can enter.
In 2022, the competition had over 300 people participate and even more attend. This key event will provide opportunities to engage with teachers, students, parents and supporters through promotion of your products or services.
Promotion—Creating awareness with potential customers who can purchase your products and services. Our members and followers are passionate about teaching, performing, quality instruments, products and services and they look to the Association for recommendations, advice on brands, products and services.
Brand Awareness
An opportunity to demonstrate your support of the competition and contribute to the music teaching community in providing products, services to our teachers and students.
Community— The Queensland Music Teachers’ Association has close to 500 members throughout the state, who are connected to thousands of students and families. We currently have over 2500 followers on our active Facebook page.
