The business to be transacted at the meeting is to debate and vote on a Special Resolution to approve changes proposed to the Constitution of the Company as listed on page 8. This is the normal annual general meeting which will follow immediately after the Special General Meeting. The business to be discussed ( listed on page 10 of this Journal) includes the Financial report and Directors report which are also included in this edition of the Journal.
