All QJA members are encouraged to vote in this election. The polling period starts on 1 September and finishes on 16 October.

2014-2015 ANNUAL REPORTING This edition of the Journal contains (as an insert) the 2014-15 Financial Statements, Auditor’s Report and Directors’ Report as well as the President’s 2015-14 Annual Report (pages 3-5). The QJA Board is pleased to advise that operating result for the 2014-15 financial year was a surplus of $68,195.

QUICK QUIZZES JOIN Q&A In this edition, we expand on the usual Q&A segment of the Journal (pages 12-13) by giving you some Quick Quizzes to try. The quiz topics are all related to your responsibilities as an honorary justice. We hope you enjoy this new feature. As well, we include important additional information on the answer provided in the previous edition in response to the Post-Warrant Approval Order question. All members should make themselves aware of the correct procedure for handling these documents.
