CHRISTMAS LIGHTS

Last Christmas, there weren’t as many houses displaying Christmas lights as there have been in previous years, probably because of the increased price of electricity in recent months. However, it was still possible to take the family around to various places near where I live, and have the children be excited about what they saw. A few stand out from the others.

In Rochedale South, a house that looked nothing from the road, had a long driveway, and at the end there was magic. Not only were there displays in the garden, but inside the front rooms there was a little Christmas village.

In Underwood was a display that gets bigger and better every year. This year, the new addition was Santa in a sled, and children could get in and have their photo taken with him.

In Springwood, there was another house with a Christmas village inside the front room. The

children could have a good look, without having to

parents, They also had a nativity scene on the

side, with life size mannequins being Mary and Joseph, and with a few animals in the stable as well.

Only one house had just a nativity scene, which was up on their balcony, with the figures outlined in lights. It was also in Springwood. I was pleased to see that, as after all, that is what Christmas is really about.

Noumea, new Caledonia

French wine, cheese, crystal clear waters and tropical breezes. Do I have your attention yet and can you picture yourself there? Situated a short two-hour flight from Brisbane is the South Pacific archipelago and overseas French territory, New Caledonia. TINA’S
Helloworld Travel Rochedale | 07 3211 4977 | Rochedale@Helloworld.

Many may have visited these locations on a South Pacific Cruise and will know how pristine the islands are. Noumea however is often ‘judged at first sight’ and due to the location of where the ships docked, it doesn’t form a lasting good impression.

Given time, Noumea is a fascinating and somewhat indulgent getaway. If you’re looking to combine a beach getaway with some unique shopping and a touch of fine dining then this would definitely be the destination for you.

If shopping is your thing (sign me up!) there are a range of high end, big name brands, smaller boutiques, and if you’re one to love a trinket, the local markets with their hand made offerings.

For dining, you have the choice of local cafés, French fine dining, overwater seafood restaurants and the local markets where you can pick up beautiful fresh produce to enjoy as you watch the sun set of an evening.

Home to what I believe are the closest overwater bungalows to Brisbane, you can certainly experience a high end holiday without

the hefty price tag and hours of travelling. If your budget won’t lend to such an experience, there are plenty of incredible hotels located across the island to suit.

If only sipping wine, eating cheese and lazing under palm trees doesn’t appeal to you (I’m sorry we can’t be friends) there are a variety of other activities to keep you entertained. You can choose from horse riding, golfing, zip lining, island hopping, skydiving, kayaking, sailing, snorkeling, hiking, cultural centres and experiences – the list goes on, you cannot be bored.

In September Ladies Long Weekend will experience Noumea as the very first international destination (since COVID) and I couldn’t be more excited. If you want to join us, please feel free to reach out to me or visit ladieslongweekend.com.au for more information.

4 TIPS TO PROTECT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH DURING SEPARATION

Separation can be a difficult and stressful time for anyone, and it can take a toll on your mental health. However, there are steps you can take to protect your well-being during this difficult time. Here are a few tips to help you cope with the emotional and mental challenges Separation brings.

1. Take care of yourself physically

Eating well, getting enough sleep, and exercising regularly can help you feel better mentally and emotionally. Make sure you are taking care of your body so that it can take care of you.

2.

Reach out for support

Surround yourself with friends and family who can offer you healthy emotional support. Joining a support group or seeking professional counseling can also be beneficial to provide you with support to navigate this difficult time.

3. Set boundaries

If you are feeling overwhelmed, setting boundaries and taking time for yourself is

important. This could include not immediately answering phone calls or messages from your ex-partner, or not discussing your separation with certain people.

4.

It is also important to seek the advice of a Family Lawyer you can trust

A good family lawyer will provide you with legal guidance and support throughout the separation process. They can help you set boundaries, provide a safe and secure footing for your next steps and debunk empty threats designed to manipulate or intimidate.

SIMPLIFY YOUR SYSTEMS

How do you simplify business processes? 1

Stop Playing ‘Everything Chief Officer.’ Why not start with your own job description? When you have clarity in your role, you make it much easier to get your message across to others, identifying gaps and achieving your own outcomes. Most business owners I work with have not developed their own job descriptions, Yet it can be a valuable tool for growing your business and as a time management tool. You wear many hats as an owner, but in order to make the best of your time and resources, you need to be able to identify and prioritise your time and workload. And avoid burnout.

Do you have a job description? Well, it is about time you spent that hour sitting down and reviewing your core responsibilities.

What are your core values, duties, key performance indicators, and skills and tasks. Cluster and categories them. Prioritise them; what has to be done daily, weekly monthly? How much time do you allocate for everything?

What are your outcomes? I am not just talking about Financial profitability here I am speaking of your basic productivity outcomes. What do you do with your time? Is there unnecessary time spent? Do you have your own KPI’s if not, then set them up.

Review what your time is worth and what it would cost to delegate some of those things that take up a lot of your time. What would be your

salary if you were working for someone else in your profession? Have you calculated what your chargeable time needs to be to enable you to receive the same wage, if not better after all, you are in business and should actually be making a profit on top of your wage.

What can be delegated? Do you have the right or best skills for all your tasks? That might be technical, writing, editing, communication, financial, or marketing. Delegating to either a staff member or considering outsourcing to a VA. Is there someone on staff or do you know someone who has the skill to help? Be careful here of employing family or old work colleagues without considering what skills and attribute they actually have, it is easy to employ people we like.

What can be automated to spare up your time a little? There is just so much software available make sure it does what you want before you start paying heavy fees, they all add up.

Need help reviewing any of this, don’t forget to make that call and have a refreshing conversation about your business with Helen Cowley.

Nature's Medicine Cabinet:

A LOOK AT ALTERNATIVE THERAPIES FOR BETTER HEALTH

Alternative therapies, also known as complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), have been around for centuries and are a growing trend in modern times. With people seeking more natural remedies for their health concerns, the use of CAM has become increasingly popular. Known as nature's medicine cabinet, these therapies offer a range of benefits that can help to improve overall health and wellbeing.

One of the main benefits of CAM is that it can help to treat a wide range of health conditions. Whether you are suffering from chronic pain, anxiety, depression, or insomnia, there is likely a CAM therapy that can help. These therapies can be used alone or in conjunction with traditional medicine, and many people find that they are able to achieve better results with a holistic approach.

Another benefit of CAM is that it is generally safer and has fewer side effects than traditional medications. Many prescription medications

come with a long list of potential side effects, some of which can be severe. CAM therapies, on the other hand, are often derived from natural sources and are less likely to cause adverse reactions.

In addition to treating specific health conditions, CAM can also help to improve overall wellbeing. Practices such as meditation, acupuncture, and yoga can help to reduce stress, improve sleep, and increase energy levels. By incorporating these practices into your daily routine, you can improve your physical and mental health, and enjoy a better quality of life.

While CAM is generally safe and effective, it is important to seek advice from a qualified practitioner before starting any new treatment. Some therapies may not be suitable for everyone, and it is important to understand the potential risks and benefits before making a decision.

Whether you are looking to treat a specific health condition or simply want to improve your quality of life, nature's medicine cabinet has something to offer. By incorporating these therapies into your daily routine, you can achieve better health and wellbeing in a natural and holistic way.

MEET THE OWNER & TEAM BEHIND

FITSTOP

re you a fitness fanatic who’s ever dreamed of turning your passion into a career? Then, you won’t want to miss this article! We sat down with Johnny, the new corporate work to gym ownership. take the leap and pursue his exclusive interview.

Unit 2, 3401 Pacific
Photo: Fitstop Slacks Creek owner Johnny(left) and Facility Manager Karlee (right).

1. Can you give us a glimpse into your background before becoming a Fitstop owner?

Before becoming a Fitstop owner, I worked in hospitality and also worked in corporate companies for many years. After which, I started actively looking for a business opportunity that can fulfil my interest and at same time making meaningful impact to other people.

Fitness has been my personal interest for years and I have been training since 2010. So, gym is not a strange place to me at all, exercise is part of my life, in fact, I enjoy every minute in a workout environment.

2. What inspired you to start your Fitstop journey and when did you take the leap?

Fitstop as a brand came into my sight in early 2022, I was inspired by its concept of community and its mission of impacting as many lives as possible.

At Fitstop, you can get a sense of community in every corner, to give you a few examples, our workouts are always designed to be teamed up, you can see members cheering up each other and support each other during a session, high five after session, and Run Club on Sundays. Members become friends soon after they joined this community. This is something you don’t often see in a normal gym, but at Fitstop, this happens all the time.

3. How have you found the first couple of months running Fitstop Slacks Creek?

It’s definitely a tree change experience for me and my family, we have gone through a lot of changes in the first few months, but I’m very grateful that I have such a wonderful team and supporting community here at Slacks. Also, I met a lot of great local businesses and formed some very promising relationships and hopefully work and support each other moving forward.

4. Introduce us to your amazing team and describe the dynamic among team members. Who are they and what are their roles?

I have a wonderful team, everyone is passionate about health and fitness, equipped with many years of experience in the industry and full of energy.

First, I will shoutout to my Facility ManagerKarlee, she has been in the fitness industry for nearly 7 years, she is the most organised person I’ve ever seen, she loves coaching and her energy makes the gym’s vibe to another level. Then our main trainer Kirsty, she has been with Fitstop Slacks Creek for nearly two years now, members love her big friendly smile and energy.

Pacific Highway Slacks Creek | 0422 850 689 | slackscreek@fitstop.com
Continue Next page

5. What exciting programs, sessions, and classes do you offer currently?

Talking about programs, I’m supper pumped about it. Because at Fitstop, we’re proud to have developed and fine-tuned what's a gamechanging Fitstop Formula - a fitness fusion, where we LIFT, PERFORM, CONDITION and SWEAT.

The Fitstop Formula came about from an integrated approach to fitness, where we wanted to take into consideration all components of fitness in order to pursue personal performance and progression.

Late last year, our head office announced that, Dr Nicholas Gill, the Head of Performance for All Blacks will join Fitstop’s product team to assist in the continued delivery of a highly effective fitness programme. As of that, you can train knowing that your workouts are optimised for progression and performance.

6. What's the most rewarding part of owning a gym and helping others achieve their fitness goals?

Running a gym just like running any other types of business, it’s not easy, full of challenges, long working hours and so on, but I always say this is a ‘Happy Business’, because you see members come through the front door, workout, enjoy the best 50 minutes of their day and walk out with big smiles and sweat. And you know they are happy and satisfied, that brighten my day, and that is one of the most rewarding part of this journey.

7. What's the most inspiring transformation story you've seen at your gym?

Fitstop Slacks Creek have a house full of inspiring stories, I will shoutout to every single one of them, well done!

In our gym, we have a board on the wall, called Legend Wall, this is to shoutout our members who hit their significant streak, streak represents the number of consecutive weeks that a member attended 3 or more sessions a week, the highest streak we have right now is 84, that means this member attended 3 or more sessions for 84 weeks, no break during these 84 weeks. As we are speaking, another member hit 80 streaks and has been attending 5 - 6 sessions a week for 80 weeks, there is no sign to slow down!

We also have OG members that have been training at Fitstop Slacks Creek for more than 5 years. That kind of commitment and consistency are just incredible, this kind of inspiring stories goes on and on.

8. What’s your favourite sessions?

My favourite sessions are Lift and Condition. Lift is our strength session, which you will expect to lift heavy, more focus on stability, mobility and improve full body strength. So, main lifts such as, bench press, squats, shoulder press and deadlift are always the focus.

Condition sessions are programmed to push your cardiovascular and muscular endurance to the ultimate test. You will expect a variety of full body conditioning, high intensity exercises that will keep your heart rate high for an extended period of time and push your limits both mentally and physically!

If you’re looking for a fitness community that is committed to helping you achieve your goals, Fitstop Slacks Creek invites you to come and join their Fitstop family.

KIMBERLEY COLLEGE INSPIRING WOMEN IN SCIENCE

At Kimberley College, the International day of Women and Girls in Science

(11 February) was celebrated with senior female students from the College’s Science and Mathematics faculty attending a special breakfast hosted by the IndigiScapes Centre. The students were able to hear from an impressive line-up of guest speakers, experts in their respective scientific fields.

Globally, the annual day supported by the United Nations General Assembly is designed to promote the full and equal access and participation of women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) fields. Around the world, females are significantly underrepresented however the female students at Kimberley College are keen to change this statistic and pursue future careers in STEM.

Kimberley College, year 12 student, Ella Cafer has always had a passion for wildlife. Initially, Ella was aiming to study biomedical engineering at university but after the breakfast is now looking to explore study options in ecology and social environmentalism. “Attending the breakfast was inspirational. It really broadened my perspective and allowed me to think more deeply about what we as young female students can do to make a difference. I appreciated that the guest speakers respected our ideas”.

Studies in Marine Biology is on the agenda for fellow year 12 student Rachael Stalley. Rachael said “the breakfast was such a great experience and to understand the vital role of innovation in science which was one of the themes of this year’s day. As females we need to step up, present and persevere with our ideas. We can really offer a different perspective to finding solutions to scientific questions”. Both girls are now off to join their fellow year 12 classmates on a three-day biology camp to study the aquatic environment and the impact of humans on these delicate ecosystems.

Situated in a semi-rural bush setting at Carbrook, Kimberley College caters for prep to year 12 students and the co-educational, nondenominational school takes a holistic approach to education. Kimberley College is well regarded for its range of extracurricular activities and with a student focused approach and inclusive community, the College offers a real world and thematic approach to curriculum supported by the Marzano educational framework.

Kimberley College is currently taking enrolments for 2024 and beyond. The upcoming Open Day on Saturday 18 March is the perfect opportunity for prospective families to explore the campus with a student led tour and information session with the principal. Anxiety disorders are common, and they can make it difficult to carry out daily tasks. Fortunately, there are many ways to manage anxiety. In this article, we’ll discuss tips to deal with anxiety.

Identify the source of your anxiety

The first step in managing anxiety is to identify the source of your anxiety. Is it related to work, relationships, or a specific event? Once you know the source, you can work on addressing it directly.

Practice relaxation techniques

Relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, and yoga can help calm your mind and reduce anxiety. Try to incorporate these techniques into your daily routine.

natural mood boosters. Try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise each day.

Practice self-care

Make time for activities that make you happy and relaxed. This could be anything from reading a book to taking a bath. Taking care of yourself can help reduce anxiety levels.

Challenge negative thoughts

Anxiety can cause negative thoughts and beliefs. Try to challenge these thoughts by asking yourself if they’re realistic. Replace negative thoughts with positive ones.

UNDERWOOD

Discover the Vibrant Suburb of Underwood in Logan City. From Farming Roots to a Diverse Suburban Community

Nestled in the heart of Logan City, Underwood is a suburb that is rich in history and teeming with a vibrant community. From its humble beginnings as a farming community in the late 1800s, Underwood has evolved into a suburban gem that is loved by residents for its safe, friendly, and inclusive environment.

The suburb was named after William Underwood, a land holder in the Eight Mile Plains district from 1865, who established

the Commercial Hotel on his land. The hotel operated from the early 1870s until 1895, when it unfortunately burned down. But the Underwood name lived on through William's sons, William Junior and Walter, who were horse dealers in Eight Mile Plains and Arthur, who was a storekeeper and blacksmith in the Mount Gravatt area. Walter Underwood lived on the corner of Underwood and Logan Roads until the late 1930s and was involved in farming and timber getting, keeping the family's legacy alive in the area.

Fast forward to 1975, and Underwood was officially gazetted as a suburb. At that time, it straddled the boundaries of Brisbane City and Albert Shire, but today it is bounded by Millers Road, Underwood Road, the Pacific Motorway, Logan Road, and roughly Compton Road. The western part of Underwood was developed with a large mail centre and a Big W shopping centre in the 1970s, making it a convenient destination for shopping and postal services.

Today, Underwood is home to a diverse community of residents from various cultures and backgrounds. The suburb is wellequipped with a range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and parks, making it easy for residents to access the amenities they need. Conveniently located near several major roads and public transportation options, Underwood is easily accessible and offers a great suburban lifestyle.

According to the 2021 census, Underwood is estimated to have a population of 6,911 residents. Let’s take a look at some of the local businesses that contribute to the vibrant community of Underwood.

“Chemical Free” Steam Fire Ant Nest Injection

Not a fan of having chemicals sprayed and injected on your property to manage Fire Ants?

Want a "CHEMICAL FREE" alternative?

1300MOZZIE "has that CHEMICAL FREE alternative!".

Contact 1300MOZZIE to investigate the use of our high pressure steam injection method to kill the Queen, the eggs and the colony.

We will mark the nests with little flags and then inject the marked nests with our ant nest injection spear, and pump the nest with high pressure steam from our steam trailer system.

The temperature of injection is approximately 120-150 degrees celsius, and will destroy the Queen, the ability to reproduce eggs for the new emergence and growth of a nest.

The result is effective, low cost and leaves your property with no CHEMICAL footprint that could impact other non-targeted insects, or leave

systemic residual traces of chemicals in and on the ground.

We are a private business, and we do charge for our service. To help explain what we charge for, we require to pay our labour and travel costs, the depreciation and service of our asset and equipment. The charge is relatively inexpensive at $200 per hour for two technicians, the steam trailer and the utility we use to tow it. But the cost is significantly cheaper, as we don't adjust for chemicals and only require a small fraction of add-on for the cost of fuel for the steam generator and pump, as well as our labour costs.

We can treat 12 nests per hour (1 nest every 5 minutes) depending on the location and size. We will also do the Government reporting for you once the job is completed. We will disturb the nest by turning over the soil after the steam treatment has been completed to ensure nest destruction. We can if no objection spread a granular bait after the treatment at no extra charge if there is a concern, but will require consent to do so.

DID YOU WORK HARD ENOUGH IF You're Not Sore After a Workout?

"Ouch, my muscles are sore!" Have you ever heard someone say this after a workout and thought to yourself, "Well, I must be doing it wrong!"? For many people, the belief is that if you're not feeling sore after a workout, you didn't work hard enough. But is this really true? Let's find out!

The truth is, muscle soreness, also known as delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), is not a reliable indicator of a good workout. In fact, muscle soreness can occur even if you only did a light workout and tripped over your own feet. This type of muscle soreness is a result of microscopic damage to the muscle fibers, which triggers inflammation and pain. But don't worry, it's not permanent - unless you're planning on living like this forever.

However, not feeling sore after a workout doesn't mean you didn't work hard enough. It could simply mean that your body has adapted to the workout and is no longer feeling the strain.

So, what does indicate a good workout? There are several factors that can help determine if you had a good workout, including:

Heart rate: A high heart rate means that you're working your body hard and getting your heart rate up. If you're not sure, check if you're humming the theme song from Rocky while you work out.

Endurance: If you're able to complete your workout without feeling exhausted, this is a good sign that you're in good physical condition.

Strength: If you're able to lift heavier weights or perform more reps, this indicates that you're getting stronger.

Improved form: If you're able to perform exercises with better form, this means you're improving your technique and getting the most out of your workout.

So, what's the bottom line? When it comes to evaluating the effectiveness of a workout, don't rely solely on muscle soreness. Keep an eye on other important factors state above. And remember, a good workout should push you to your limits, but not leave you completely drained.

GROOMING YOUR FURRY FRIEND: HOW TO TURN FEAR INTO FUN

Training Tips and Tricks to Make Grooming and Toenail Trims a Positive Experience for Your Pet

Hey there pet parents, do you struggle with grooming your furry friends? Don't worry, you're not alone! Many pet owners find it challenging to trim their pets' nails or brush their coats, but these tasks are essential for your pet's health and wellbeing.

If you neglect your pet's nails, they can become overgrown and cause discomfort or even pain. Long nails can also damage your furniture or scratch you when you're playing with your pet. On the other hand, brushing your pet's coat is crucial, especially for long-haired or thick-coated breeds, as it helps prevent matting and reduces shedding.

Now, you may be thinking, "I'll just take my pet to the groomer or vet to have these tasks done." But, unfortunately, some pets can find these visits stressful and unenjoyable. So, why not train your furry friend to love grooming and toenail trims? Yes, it's possible!

To start, associate the task with positive things, like food or treats. If your pet is afraid of the sight of toenail trimmers, start by placing them near their food bowl, so they associate them with good things. Or, you can hold the trimmers with treats on them and remove them once the food is all licked off.

Once your pet gets comfortable with the trimmers, you can move to the next step, which is pairing foot handling with treats. Start by

giving your pet treats when they're in a happy state and then lightly rub their feet. If they notice their feet being touched, handle higher up the leg instead. Make sure to stop after a few seconds, remove your handling hand and then the food-dispensing hand. Repeat the process after a few seconds.

Timing is crucial in this process because you want your pet to associate foot handling with treats and always be in a positive emotional state. Once your pet is comfortable with foot handling, you can progress to pairing toenail clipping with treats. Remember to avoid clipping the pink part of the nail that contains blood vessels and nerves, or you'll set the process back.

Overall, training your pet to love grooming and toenail trims may take some time, but it's worth it. So, let's get started and make grooming a fun and enjoyable experience for you and your furry friend!

THE IDEAL AGE FOR KIDS TO START DANCE CLASSES

"Ready, set, dance!" When it comes to enrolling kids in dance classes, this is a common question many parents ask: "What is the best age for kids to start learning dance?" Well, the good news is that the answer is simple - there is no one "best" age!

As former ballerina and dance educator, Misty Copeland, puts it, "Dance is for everybody. I believe that dance came from the people and that it should always be delivered back to the people."

Studies have shown that children as young as 3 years old can greatly benefit from dance classes. At this young age, children have boundless energy and a natural sense of rhythm, making them perfect candidates for dance education. Dance classes for toddlers and young children can help improve their gross motor skills, coordination, balance, and posture, and create a love of movement and music that will last a lifetime.

As kids get older, dance classes can provide even more benefits, such as increased selfesteem, body awareness, and teamwork skills. "Dance is the hidden language of the soul," says the famous choreographer Martha Graham. By introducing kids to different styles of dance, dance classes can broaden their cultural horizons and foster a love of the arts.

Not only can dance classes provide children with valuable life skills, but starting dance at a young age can also lay the foundation for a future career in dance or related fields. As legendary dancer and choreographer, Rudolf Nureyev, once said, "Dance is the closest thing to life itself."

So, what's the answer? There's no right or wrong answer to the question of when is the best time to start dance classes. The decision should be based on each child's individual needs, interests, and goals. So whether your child is 3 or 13, enroll them in a dance class today and watch as they twirl, leap, and soar to new heights!

At Reset Dance Studio our classes are suitable for both boys and girls from 2 to 15 years of age. We offer many different classes from hip-hop, break, ballet, jazz, acro, singing & more

Free Dress or Clever Clothing

Should school uniforms be compulsory?

Almost every school in Australia uses them. Walk into any clothing shop and you will most likely find lots of uniforms. But, do you know the reason behind it? There are many points for and against school uniforms. Cost, time management, equality and comfort are the ideas that we should think carefully about to help us decide whether school uniforms are suitable or not.

Firstly, many students complain bitterly about how awful their school clothes are. They whine about how silly they look and about how uncomfortable and sweaty they feel. That’s why

Yusha

students often think their free-dress clothes are much cooler and more comfortable than school uniforms. However, are there some great aspects to wearing uniforms?

School uniforms have some brilliant points. If all students wear the same uniform, they would feel equal. Whereas, if students wear different clothes, many would fight over whose clothes are superior, leading to racism and bullying. Furthermore, if students wear different clothes all the time, buying more and more clothes, this would be a waste of money. But if you buy school uniforms, you would save money and time. Do you want to waste your time digging for clothes every morning?

This is why we should have school uniforms. It definitely reduces the cost, saves time, makes people feel equal and prevents bullying. Now you can see the reason why nearly all schools in Australia have school uniforms.

So, it is up to you! Free dress or clever clothing!

Have you ever thought about how far the universe goes? Or have you thought about how it ends, or even if it ends? Talk about mind boggling!

Incredibly, the extent and sheer size of the cosmos is one thing our brains just can’t seem to contain. Yet, for any person or even scientist who tries to describe the processing power of the brain, it seems comparing it to the universe itself is the only true option. What we know about the brain is only the tip of the iceberg – the more we know, the more we need to know, and the more there is to know. Like the universe itself, when we study the brain, will we ever come to the end and know it all!

The following statements can be found amongst the mountains of researched facts concerning the astounding capacity of the brain.

There is nothing with which we can compare the human brain except to compare it to the entire universe itself!

Each human brain has the incredible capacity to process enormous amounts of information using more than 100 billion neurons!

Furthermore, each neuron uses up to 10,000 pathways connecting with hundreds of other neurons!

Just working on the numbers alone blows your mind! Try calculating the total number of pathways in each brain! The answer is nothing short of astronomical!

Ask brain surgeons about what they have seen concerning the brain and how, in many seemingly impossible cases, it can not only recover but realign itself to continue to function well. If books were written about such things, it is certain the pile would reach to the moon and back.

With such amazing brains, we all definitely have a great capacity to learn, to have-a-go, and to say, “I can!”
