DESIGN PROCESS JOURNAL (DPJ) PROJECT DESCRIPTION DPJ is not a prefect document but to record any ideas, transformation of ideas, opinion, research, conclusion & etc. DPJ 02 & 03 is include while DPJ 01 is combine with ART·DENTITY assignment.
DPJ 02 Do research on the requirement of the character of a tower. Make photo montages of tower for your character at suitable location.
DPJ 03 In depth research on toy display set and the function needed by your toy character’s tower. Make mock model to show and present to your tutor.

OUTCOME DPJ is to help us to be more clearer on assignment 2 & assignment 3. Tutor give us comment to let us move on to the next assignment. DPJ is the important steps to be success in following assignments.

3D·ENTITY PROJECT DESCRIPTION This is a group project which transform each members’ ART·DENTITY artwork into physical 3D forms models. Same identity must be maintain from assignment 1.

PROCESS Weekly progress for the models include design approach and discuss with group member to make models that best describe the characters. Our group member are Tze Qing, Hui Yi, JongLih & me. Our toy characters are Iron man, Megatron, Superman & Raphael.

OUTCOME Submission required 2 presentation board with 16 models include 4 coloured final models. As a group, we discuss & give opinions to each other to improve our models.

IDENTITY TOWER PROJECT DESCRIPTION Create a tower model for your toy character that best reflects the toy character needs or characteristics by using geometric shapes. It should not imitate anything literally.

OUTCOME Final tower model is created to fulfill the requirement of iron man. Presentation required to explain our design ideas to others. The tower shows my ideas and my hardworking to make a tower for iron man.
CONCLUSION Through these project, I learnt a lot of things such as design principles, design ideas, geometry shapes and etc. I gain a lot of experiences besides knowledge. I think I am one step towards architect. 18
