Oliver grew up caught between two faiths.
His mother was a Seventhday Adventist, and his father belonged to a different church.
He was active in his father’s church but never felt a deep connection to either set of beliefs. The differences between them left him with more questions than answers.
Oliver said “Yes!” to Jesus thanks to a gospel worker you sent to his community.
That changed when a Quiet Hour Ministries gospel worker named Clifford came to his family’s village.
Because of you, Oliver found the answers he was seeking
Clifford visited Oliver’s home often, and they began to study the Bible together. One of Oliver’s favorite parts was memorizing Bible verses, especially about the Sabbath. These verses touched his heart and helped him understand the truth of God’s Word.
Clifford’s kindness and dedication made a big impact on Oliver.
From questions to clarity-Oliver found the truth he was seeking.
Through the Bible studies and spending time with Clifford, Oliver, for the first time, found himself finally understanding why his mother remained so faithful to her Adventist beliefs. He felt like God was calling him to follow Jesus through the Adventist faith, and he listened to that call and chose to be baptized.
Thanks to you, gospel workers like Clifford are reaching people around the world with the message of Christ. Because of you, Oliver now has new faith and hope!
