Together, Lisa Britt, Hadley Quisenberry, and their team of design experts lead West Trade Interiors: a soughtafter, full-service interior design firm based in Charlotte that serves for residential projects all throughout the Southeast. This stories-high condo in SouthPark achieves an aesthetic that’s transitional with a “slight bend toward contemporary” due to the clean lines and monochromatic palette. According to Hadley, the new condo owners wanted a
fresh feel, to make the process of downsizing from their long-time home more appealing and exciting. “It was important to the clients that none of the décor take away from the sweeping views so we minimized artwork and window coverings, as well as our typical use of color,” Hadley explains. The lighting is by Circa, the sofa is a custom Charles Stewart (out of Hickory, NC), the acrylic chairs are Isabella, the swivel arm chairs are A. Hoke Ltd., and the rug is Stark.
