THE QUERENCIA APP How to Download and Install

The Querencia App offers you the opportunity to connect with your community safely and conveniently from your mobile phone or tablet.

Book your tee time, reserve your space at

yoga class, look up a community member’s email address and even check out your monthly statements – all from the Querencia App.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN...

In order to use the app you will be required to sign in with the same user name and password that you use to sign into the Club website. If you need assistance remembering your user name or password, please contact Eva Ceseña with Member Services at ECesena@QCabo.com or by calling 624.145.6688.

The Querencia Los Cabos app is available both in the Apple app store and also in the Google App Store.

1. Look for the App Store icon on your iPhone.

If you cannot find the App Store icon, swipe down from the middle of your screen to reveal the search box.

Type App Store in the search box.

2. Tap on the App Store on your phone.

3. Type in Querencia Los Cabos in the search box.

4. Tap to download.

5. After the app downloads, tap Open.

6. The app will then open to this screen.

7. Next, you will be asked if you’d like to receive notifications from the app regarding events and community news, tap Allow.

Tap Allow.

8. You will be asked permission to collect usage data.

Your usage data will not be sold.

Kindly tap Allow.

9. Login with your user name and password, as provided by Member Services.

10. Once inside, choose from the following: MY CLUB This is our mobile club site, all on your phone.

CONTACT CONCIERGE Concierge services are just a phone call or email away!

EVENTS Reserve your space at our weekly events.

MEMBER DIRECTORY Find contact information for your peers.

STATEMENTS View your mobile statements.

TEE TIMES Book a tee time and see who else is playing the course!

HOURS OF OPERATION Easy access to the hours of your Querencia restaurants and amenities.

STAFF DIRECTORY Find contact info for your Querencia support team.

11. Tap the Menu icon in the left-hand corner to navigate back home and to open the additional menu.
