That it is necessary to show up for our lives in BIG ways even if it means failing, or falling, or having to try 20 times before we get it right. Because we will - get it right.

I’m Kate Moon. I strive to help others learn that it is NECESSARY to show up for ourselves through my teachings of physical yoga, deep self study, life coaching, and HUGE once in a life time retreats all over the world.

When we show up for ourselves, we are able to show up bigger for our communities and create a ripple effect in this world. When we are best for ourselves, we are best for others.
