PZL SędZiSZów fiLterS in tractorS and farm machineS for over 80 years, PZL Sędziszów has specialized in the production of all kinds of filters for the automotive, industrial and agricultural industries. the wide range of products includes: oil, fuel, air, cabin, hydraulic and air dryers. as the first in Poland, we started the production of complete filtration equipment for UrSUS tractors and to this day we are the leading producer of filters of this brand (especially applications of the c330 and c360 type). along with the development of the agricultural industry, the company is constantly expanding its offer with references to modern tractors, combine harvesters, sowing machines and plows. at present, PZL Sędziszów filters are used in the most popular tractor brands: Zetor, John deere, deUtZ fahr, new hoLLand, caSSe, mccormicK, eicher, aeBi and many others. in order to guarantee the efficient operation of engines in agricultural machines with much higher power, the filters produced by PZL Sędziszów meet additional requirements: high temperature and pressure resistance increased fuel flow rate, the need for water separation (in engines with common rail system) in order to ensure the highest possible quality of products, PZL Sędziszów conducts quality control, which covers individual stages of production as well as finished products. The effectiveness is confirmed by certificates.

our products are distinguished by very high filtration accuracy, increased absorption of pollutants and extended service life.
oiL fiLter the filtration partitions are made of high-quality filter paper, impregnated with special resins. moreover, they are resistant to high temperatures and aggressive factors contained in the oil. the filtration degree is 10 to 25 µm.
air fiLter it is made of the newest multilayer filter materials which are impregnated with resins and subjected to thermal treatment. importantly, they protect the filter against the effects of moisture as well as oil and fuel vapors. high filtration efficiency, of the order of 99.95%. high absorbency, thanks to the use of a special type of pleating, in the order of 0.3 kg/m2.
hYdraULic fiLter the filter baffles are made of high-quality filter papers, glass non-woven fabrics and stainless mesh. the accuracy of filtration ranges from 3 to 150 µm, and the working pressure is up to 40 mPa. at the customer’s request, the filters are equipped with an indicator of filter contamination.
fUeL fiLter high efficiency in separating water from fuel and removing impurities provides excellent protection of the fuel supply system. the multi-layer filter materials are resistant to the action of fuels. the accuracy of filtration is between 3 and 30 µm. the production includes both box filters and replaceable filter inserts.
caBin fiLter it is made of high-quality polyester-polypropylene non-woven material. it has an excellent ability to absorb pollutants, plant pollen and bacteria. due to the particles of active carbon, it has a high ability to absorb odors, harmful gases and moisture.
