The products of PZL Sędziszów are characterized by: the highest efficiency of filtration very high absorption capacity, often exceeding the required standards excellent product quality the flexibility of production allows us to meet the customer’s requirements in terms of construction and functionality.
oiL fiLter the filtration partitions are made of high-quality filter paper, impregnated with special resins. moreover, they are resistant to high temperatures and aggressive factors contained in the oil. the filtration degree is 10-25 µm.
air fiLter it is made of the newest multilayer filter materials which are impregnated with resins and subjected to thermal treatment. additionally, they protect the filter against the influence of moisture and oil and fuel vapors. high filtration efficiency, on the order of 99.95%. high absorbency, thanks to the use of a special type of pleating, in the order of 0.3 kg/m2.
caBin fiLter it is made of high-quality polyester-polypropylene non-woven material. it has an excellent ability to absorb pollutants and moisture.
SiLver nano Protect caBin fiLter it has an additional, antimicrobial coating of the filter cloth on the side of the cabin, where a bactericidal, liquid colloidal solution has been applied. the result of many years of research is the selection of the right composition and concentration of this substance, which has high antimicrobial activity. the minimum duration of the filter’s antibacterial activity is 12 months.
hydrauLic fiLter the filter baffles are made of high-quality filter papers, glass non-woven fabrics and stainless mesh. the accuracy of filtration ranges from 3 to 150 µm, and the working pressure is up to 40 mPa. at the customer’s request, the filters are equipped with an indicator of filter contamination.
fueL fiLter high efficiency in separating water from fuel and removing contaminants, provide excellent protection of the fuel supply system. the multi-layer filter materials are resistant to the action of fuels. the accuracy of filtration is between 3 and 30 µm. the production includes both box filters and replaceable filter inserts.
