Mind-Body-Spirit
Through the Pymble Compass program, girls belong to a core group of 16 girls who support each other throughout their school careers, through a teacher-led journey through the ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’ framework.
Pymble’s Mind-Body-Spirit Framework is a multidimensional, holistic approach to wellness and growth, encompassing academic, social, emotional and digital intelligence. Through the framework, girls gain the knowledge and skills to harness their inner strengths and make positive choices in life, and to develop into influential and compassionate young women. Through our Mind-Body-Spirit program, students learn about identity formation, positive relationships and resilience, gaining a strong sense of community and environmental awareness. We focus on inclusiveness and support for adolescent girls at a time of great change in their lives, developing acceptance, perspective and understanding.
Through supervised peer-led activities, we encourage physical activity, creativity and connectivity between Senior School students.
