Master Plan – Project Highlights

NEW UPDATE REGARDING GREY HOUSE WALK

We are excited to announce that site establishment is commencing on campus for Grey House Precinct. This marks Stage Two of the College’s exciting Master Plan For more information on this project please refer to our website. A reminder that Grey House Walk remains open from 7.00am to 9.30am and 2.00pm to 6.00pm, weekdays with Pymble staff supervising during these hours. Please be aware, girls now exit Grey House Walk at the Junior School. Wayfinding signs are now in place place for those girls unfamiliar with Junior School to find their way to other parts of the College.

MAIN RECEPTION

On Saturday 9 March, our Main Reception will temporarily move to Middle Colonnade. This is the new meeting point for all visitors to the College.

GREY HOUSE PRECINCT

On Thursday 8 February the College hosted a very special soil-turning ceremony for Grey house Precinct (GHP) to mark the beginning of construction.

The safety of our students, staff and community is paramount as we execute our plans. If at any time you have any concerns, you can report them directly to the College via our College safety reporting tool.

YEAR 7 AVONMOORE BOARDING HOUSE OFFICIAL OPENING

We were delighted to welcome members of our community, including many of our beloved Boarding parents and former Principal Gillian Moore and her husband David, on campus to celebrate the official opening of Avonmoore!

MIDDLE SCHOOL OFFICES

On Saturday 9 March, the Middle School office will be relocated to the former Uniform Shop, under the Chapel. Our Middle School team will be available between 7.45am and 3.45pm, every school day. Gloucester Gatherings for Year 7 and 8 will continue as usual on Gloucester lawn.

VISION VALLEY LODGES

Renovation works have commenced at Koala Lodge. We can’t wait to welcome the Year 9 girls to their lovely new home in the bush at Vision Valley.

Fencing and hoarding for Grey House Precinct has now been installed and early works have begun.

Tree removal on the GHP site has also commenced this week. The College is cultivating native seeds and propagating cuttings to ensure that every tree removed will be replaced with two trees. This will ensure our beautiful tree canopy will continue to provide shade for our girls for years to come.

HOARDING TO BE INSTALLED OUTSIDE LOWER COLONNADE

Hoarding will be installed outside the lower Colonnade from Tuesday 12 March to allow for the start of the construction of the new Upper School hub. This will occur outside school hours to minimise disruption during the school day.
