Flexible Waterproof Sealer 弹性防水密封剂

A thick flexible copolymer latex coating that forms a tough continuous membrane with waterproof properties and resistance to weathering. It is designed to weatherproof and protect old and new roofs, joints, facades, walls and masonry. It is often used to protect surfaces from further erosion.

4 Ideally to be applied to concrete, brick, blockwork, asphalt, roofing felt and asbestos cement.

Technical Information

Colour White, light grey, light green. Other colors available. Form Semi-liquid paste. Composition Binder: an acrylic copolymer Pigments: Titanium dioxide and neutral extenders. Free from tar and pitch. Odour Pleasant sweet smell. Drying time 4 - 8 hours Coverage Roofs : approx. 13 m2 / 6.5kg per coat. Walls : approx. 20 m2 / 6.5kg per coat. Dry film thickness 1 - 2mm (roofs), 1mm (walls) Cleaning Clean tools and equipment with water before curing starts.

Directions for Use 用法說明

Mix thoroughly. (Can add 5% water for the first coat) 将材料均匀搅拌。 (可加5%的清水涂上第一层） Also can use to internal or external wall. (White colour finishing) 也可涂佈于建筑物内外墙。 (白色完成面） Apply directly to construction surface by using brush, roller or spray method. 用滚筒或刷子均匀涂佈在施工 面上。 Grey colour finishing. 灰色完成面。
