Looking Ahead:

General Library Goals for 2023-2022

Although inconsistent elsewhere, the library will continue to enforce school-widerules (no phones, no food/drink, etc.) while fostering an atmosphere of quiet individual study as well as small group collaboration.

Will continue to host and promote the very popular informal chess & checkers games as well as quarterly tournaments. Will investigate possibility of competing in regional tournaments. Will work with Mrs. Bruce & Eng. Dept to create space for proposed “Writing Center”.

REPEATED REQUESTS! EXTREME wear & tear in the library. Over 22 years of daily use of teens demands repair/replacement.

● Soft seating needs to be steam cleaned (non-removable cushions). Very dingy & dirty!

● Over two-thirdsof our hard wooden chairs are loose, wobbly and/or broken. Very Dangerous!
