Battle For The Crown . . . The Violet Femmes battle Purple Power during PVYBL championship games at Peninsula High.
• The Peninsula has transitioned from winter to the spring sports season with action taking place all over the Hill. The Palos Verdes Youth Basketball League held its final championship games, after which the Peninsula celebrated the Opening Day of Little League baseball. Baseball, softball, lacrosse and other spring sports at all levels are back in action. Spring time community events like the Whale of the Day are also coming back at full strength.
