R-LOCKedge74 is extremely simple to both install and uninstall. It is a wet-glazed balustrade system where the resin is contained within pods, for a clean and accurate installation. 1. FIT THE CHANNEL Fix the channel to the substrate. Attach the external adjustment bead to the outer edge of the channel. 2. FIT THE RESIN-PODS Make up the resin-pods and push them onto the bottom

edge of the glass. The pods should be placed 125mm from the first edge, and then at 250mm intervals. Place the glass into the channel. 3. FIT THE WEDGES Make up the wedge-holders and place them inside the channel, two wedge-holders per glass panel, with the rounded side nearest you. Knock the wedges into the wedge-holders so that they are flush with the top, this holds the glass. 4. ADJUST THE GLASS Adjust the glass into position by hand. We recommend

aligning all the glass into its final position at this stage.
5. ADD R-LOCK RESIN
Fill the resin-pods with ‘R-LOCK Resin’ using a sealant gun. Each pod takes approximately five full pumps, until the resin can be seen seeping out of the corners of the resin-pods.
6. ADD FLIPPER GASKET
The resin gels in 20 minutes*, once gelled, the internal co-extruded flipper gasket can be clipped on. The full cure time is 90 minutes*. *Timings are based on 5°C and is reduced in warmer conditions.
