A stunning new Juliet System that meets all the required safety measures in a gentle and beautiful way. ARIA means air and we want you to feel fully connected to the outside through your ARIA balcony. Bringing fresh air into your home and enjoying your views to the maximum. Another great benefit of the ARIA is that the increased window size will bring in lots of natural sunlight.
Available for glass lengths of up to 3000mm and height of 1100mm. This channel can be used for fascia or side fixing.
The ARIA Juliet channel is tested up to 0.74kN per metre fixing into concrete and steel. The lightweight Aluminium channel is anodised to 25 microns, ensuring protection from the elements. Delivered in one box with all the components needed for simple storage and a quick installation. When installing ARIA please work as a pair and follow the instructions in the installation guide for both the left and right side of the profile before moving onto the next step.
Both sides of this channel are the same, just flip each one to the right way up for the installation.

INSTALLATION GUIDE
When installing the ARIA system please ensure you follow the instructions on both sides of the installation, each step will need to be completed on both channels before proceeding to the next instruction.
1. DRILL THE HOLES
Mark out and set the positions for where the Aria channel will be installed. Once correct and level, you will need to drill the holes in the channel in the direction of installation.
2. FIT THE CHANNEL
Using the holes previously drilled as a guide, mark out holes on substrate and drill. Bolt the channels to the substrate with correct fixings and ensure fully tightened before moving on to the next step.
3. ADD PROTECTIVE STRIP
Place aluminium blocks into the slot at the lower end of each channel and place rubber pad on top. Remove the protective strip from double sided tape and stick to the inside of the channel.
4. FIT THE GLASS
With the help of a second

5. ADD COVER
Hook the ARIA cover plate over the channel locking strip, inside the channel, and then press down over the aluminium support block.

Very easy to stock, dispatch and install due to it being a spigot-based, as opposed to channel-based, configuration. Ideal for domestic installations where up to 0.74kN force loading capability is required. Without a channel, there is a greater percentage of glass visible to maximise your view and the individual spigots allow for free flow water drainage making this system perfect for wet areas such as a poolside.
MEGAgrip
MEGAgrip is a heavy-duty and fully adjustable 3.00kN commercial balustrade system, designed as a highly-durable public safety barrier for large commercial constructs. Using a variation of the POSIglaze screw-clamp technology to secure the glass in place, the system requires a 13mm Hex Bolt and ¼ inch torque wrench and extension arm to tighten the bolts, for a quick and simple installation.
