Vidya shares her SRK’s respect for women wins hearts fitness journey

Actress Vidya Balan, who has been outspoken about embracing body positivity and the lengthy journey she undertook to come to terms with and value her own body, recently disclosed how her mother’s worries regarding her weight prompted her to embark on early diet and exercise routines, which had a profound impact on her body image.
