Building H (Popeye’s) tenant improvements are in final design. The shell building is mostly complete. Plan set will be ready soon to submit to County.

Building M ( Family Heath and Wellness & Diagnostic Laboratory Services) shell is complete. Family Health and Wellness plans are in design as well as Diagnostic Laboratory Services. Spaces M-103 and M-104 are available for lease. .

Building J (Kohala Coffee Co., Pudgee Panda & Coco Cantina) shell is complete. Kohala Coffee, Pudgee Panda, and Coco Cantina are all at the County of Hawaii in review.

Building A (Napa Auto & Brazilian Steakhouse) siding is being installed and the roofing material is installed. There is a new lease signed for the Brazilian Steakhouse. Napa plans have been submitted to the County of Hawaii.

Building G (Pueo’s Osteria is in full swing of tenant improvements. Anticipating opening in July. G-102 is available for lease.

Buillding C (Goodwill Hawaii, Black Lava Vape and Sushi HI) Goodwill’s tenant improvement are under way, plumbing and electrical rough-ins are complete. Black Lava Vape is permitted and tenant improvements have begun. MH Nail Salon is in design. Eyecare Waikoloa has been submitted via EPIC. Sushi’s tenant improvement have begun. Sweet Indulgence is in review in EPIC. The permit for L&L BBQ was issued and picked up beginning of May. Tenant Improvement will begin soon.

Building E are waiting on the final electrical inspections and will energize this building as soon as we have that in hand. Domino’s Pizza permit was just issued and picked up in the beginning of May. Tenant improvements will begin soon. BodyPro is being painted. Kingu Yakiniku permit has been issued. Tenant improvement to begin soon. Rocko’s plumbing rough-in has begun. Keo Siam is in the final review with the County of Hawaii. Balsimo’s Pizza tenant improvements are underway and the hood is ready to install.

Building L (Fitness Forever) has been completed. Fitness Forever has passed their final inspections and has been issued a temporary Certificate of Occupancy for opening. Final touches are in the works. Opening date to be announced.

Lofts at Waikoloa is in it’s final stages and looking at occupancy in June 2022. Lofts East vertical is in the County, hopefully in it’s last review. The infrastructure is in place. We are ready to build! Lofts West at Waikoloa permits have been issued. We are now waiting for the civil plans to be approved and permits issued. Civil plans are in the County of Hawaii in review.
