Throughout the site, parking lots are sealed and striped. Landscaping is thriving and filling in. HECO has energized the plaza, with tenant spaces to follow. Building F is available for lease and is 4,275 sq ft. and can be divided. Building K shell is finished, & available for lease and is 5,000 sq ft. and dividable. Siding is installed and lanai is finished all except the slab. Foodland plans are in the design phase.

Building H (Popeye’s) tenant improvements are in final design. The shell building is complete. Plan set will be ready soon to submit to County.

Building M ( Family Heath and Wellness & Diagnostic Laboratory Services) shell is complete. Family Health and Wellness plans are in design as well as Diagnostic Laboratory Services. A lease has been signed for M-103 for The Spa at Waikoloa. M-104 is available for lease.

Building J (Kohala Coffee Co., Pudgee Panda & Coco Cantina) shell is complete. Pudgee Panda permit has been issued & is being constructed. Kohala Coffee has been issued a couple of revisions have been submitted to the COH Coco Cantina is at the County of Hawaii in review.

Building A (Napa Auto & Brazilian Steakhouse) siding has been installed and the roofing material is installed. There is a new lease signed for the Brazilian Steakhouse. Napa permit has been issued and TI’s have begun.

Building G (Pueo’s Osteria) Grand Opening was November 8th. They are open and serving dinner, Tuesday thru Sunday. Addition of lanai for G-102 has been permitted and construction will begin soon. G-102 is available for lease.

Building C (Goodwill Hawaii, Black Lava Vape and Sushi HI & L&L ) Goodwill’s tenant improvement are under way, and tenant is installing fixtures. Black Lava Vape is permitted and tenant improvements have begun. MH Nail Salon has been submitted to the County. Eyecare Waikoloa has been submitted via EPIC. Sushi’s tenant improvements have begun. Sweet Indulgence is in review in EPIC. L&L BBQ tenant improvements have begun.

Building E is energized and Island Holistic is open. Meridian Pacific Office has passed final inspections and Certificate of Occupancy has been issued. BodyPro opened on October 31st and are now seeing patients. Domino’s Pizza permit was issued. Tenant improvements have begun. Kingu Yakiniku permit has been issued and tenant improvements have begun. Rocko’s Country Cookin’ is open, Keo Siam’s permit has been issued and the tenant improvements have begun. Balsimo’s Pizza tenant improvements are 90% complete.

Building L (Fitness Forever) has been completed. Fitness Forever has been a great sucess with tremedous growth. Fitness Forever is offering $10 a month 10 minute Hydro-Massages everyday for members only!

Building B (Ace Hardware) is complete. Ace Hardware fixtures are in and will have their Grand Opening on February 18th.

Building K shell is almost completed and is available for leasing. Space can be divided from 5,000 square feet to 1,000 square feet.
