NEWSLETTER Construction Update The final permit for Popeyes has been issued and the underground plumbing work has commenced. The Domino’s Hawaii interior walls are installed and wall finish installation has started. The hood system is installed and the floor covering installation is ongoing. The underground plumbing for Pudgee Panda’s has been completed and has been inspected by the county. The interior walls and ceiling installation has begun. The construction on Family Health and Wellness is 90% complete pending the final tenant improvement permit. The O’Reilly Auto Parts tenant improvement plans are in County for final review. The tenant improvement plans for Pahoa Village Food Court and I’m Happy Dough are in the County for review. Wok Through Italy has been permitted and construction has started.
