ABOUT THIS CALENDAR
The flowers featured in this year’s calendar were found in the backyard of Son to Seed. Founder, Lisa Myklak shares, “Even the most common and simple flower is stunningly beautiful and intricate when you look at it up close. I marvel at the Creator’s architecture in each flower’s design. From the way the petals unfurl to how the seeds fly away, each flower is stunning with a story to tell. And if God put this much design into garden flowers, think about how amazingly intricate and beautiful you are—the greatest of all God’s creation”! As you gaze upon this calendar from day to day and month to month, we hope you reflect on the following verse. “For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am awesomely and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful, and my soul knows that very well.” Psalms 139: 13 & 14

We believe one reason God has given us gardens is so that we may be in awe of his glory and have a metaphor of life and transformation right at our soiled hands. The mission of Son to Seed is to help you grow a flourishing garden that nourishes and nurtures your body, mind and soul in Christ.
