History

The Haomei Group The HAOMEI Group was founded in Dali Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City in the year 1990 and in 2005 was launched mass production in the new plant in Qingyuan.

After 4 years the windows, doors and curtain wall system plant named Bucalus was added to the group to satisfy the growing demand of the market. In 2010 the Establishment of Automobile Lightweighting Division was created, while in 2014 Kejian, the big plant for all the mechanical fabrications was founded.

The year 2017 saw another big step with the foundation of Jingmei, the biggest plant for special Aluminium Hard Alloys profiles, that was launched into mass production.

Mission

Our mission: make aluminium more valuable The joint venture between VIC and HAOMEI has been established to offer articles that stand out in the European market for quality and competitiveness.

Since 2005, we have been dedicated to satisfying our customers and complying with growing requirements of aluminium users. We aim to provide not only a final product but a service of high quality, unique on the European market. Our partnership is based on the perfect mix of Western technology, European management and Oriental philosophy.

HAOMEI has immediately shown to be an excellent partner, prepared to innovate and ready to welcome the transfer of Western technology and the best Asian knowledge, a great strength in the process of development. The strong technological foundation allows VIC-HAOMEI to propose, each year, articles of higher quality and customised to the new needs of each industrial sector. The company management is run with the strongest European standards and the customer is managed to ensure an efficient transmission of information and immediate feedback.

Two extrusion plants guarantee an output of 350,000 tons, with the possibility of painted or anodized finishes, while there is a plant that is entirely dedicated to machining, using the best worldwide technologies. Another plant manages the system for windows and doors, which was especially designed and renewed, with particular attention to the setting up of new procedures for the design and testing of international certifications.

Haomei has invested big resources for automotive sector, signing contracts with the most important companies, provided full fabricated profiles.

The plants

Haomei Soft alloys aluminium extrusion plant. The new HAOMEI factory, inaugurated in 2005, comprises a foundry with 8 furnaces that produce 6xxx series alloys including 6060, 6061, 6061A, 6063, 6082, 6005, 6005A. Four homogenization ovens guarantee the chemical-physical stability of the billets and their mechanical properties. A modern laboratory with computerised systems and laser control every billet to ensure quality and stability in compliance with international regulations. Inside the plant there is a 4000t press, a 3600t press, two 2500t presses, five 1800t presses, eight 1500t presses, nine 1250t presses and eight 1000t presses, supported by it’s own die workshop for new and repairing dies.

The annual capacity is 150,000t. The 7 painting lines of Italian and Swiss manufacture, two of which are horizontal for lengths up to 12 meters and 5 vertical lines fully automated with a maximum length of 7 meters, ensure a liquid, PVDF, powder coating painting capacity of over 150,000 square meters per year.

Four anodizing lines allow surface finishings in silver, bronze, champagne and black, electrocolours and organic with hot and cold fixing, in addition to other types of treatments such as sandblasting or micro shot-peening.

The plants

Jing Mei Hard alloys aluminium extrusion plant.

The new JING MEI factory, created over area of 2,000,000 square meters, is part of a three-year expansion project, the first 3 out of the 8 sectors have been recently completed and are fully operational.

A modern foundry that produces several alloy billets such as 6026, 6026LF, 6082, 2007, 2075, 2011, 2017A, 2024, 2033LF, 7020, 7046, 7075, currently reaching a capacity of 200,000t, equipped with ultrasound control, is able to monitor each billet in order to maintain the quality standards of excellence required by the automotive markets. Inside the plant there are 2 x 2500t presses, a 6000t press and a 10,000t press, equipped with it’s own die workshop, which guarantees a full range of bars and tubes up to 300mm diameter with lengths 3000/4000/6000 mm.

Every single extruded bar is checked by the laboratory to ensure the strict EN mechanical properties. To satisfy the demand of the market 2 draw lines are operational and the installation of two indirect presses one 3500t and one 2000t will be installed shortly.

The plants

Drawing lines The Jing Mei plant is equipped with different drawing lines capable of producing bars in alloys 6082,6026,6026LF, 2007, 2075, 2011,2033LF, chamfered on oneside and on two-sides on request.

The billets used for the production of the bars are internally produced and controlled individually by a modern ultrasonic system, in order to guarantee total integrity and traceability throughout the entire production process. All the bars are identifiable by means of special codes stamped on each bar showing the alloy and production lot.

The technical and mechanical characteristics, certified according to current legislation, as well as high workability, allow the products to be used in the pneumatic, hydraulic, fluid dynamic and automotive sectors.

The plants

Kejian CNC machinery plant.

Kejian is the plant entirely dedicated to machining.

Inside there are 8 CNC lines of Italian manufacture, 8 doubleheaded cutting machines as well as all the equipment necessary for any type of mechanical processing. In the factory, in addition to customized machining, standard machining is performed in the window and door and the automotive sectors.

Bucalus Aluminium windows and facade system division

Bucalus is the company within the group specialized in window and door systems. With its own trademark and patent, fixed and sliding windows and doors are designed for international markets, with thermal break and high mechanical performance.

Delivery

Each container is well organized and ordered to simplify the procedure of loading and unloading securely.

The loading system is studied to optimize the ocean transportation.

Export packaging The HAOMEI group devotes particular care and attention to the storage, packaging and loading of goods into the containers for shipping overseas.

Each bundle is packaged according to customer specifications and reinforced to ensure maximum protection and safety during transportation and are subsequently stored in the electronic warehouse while waiting to be loaded. The packages are placed and fixed on a steel trolly with ball bearing cylinders to facilitate loading and unloading into and from the container.

Green feeling

The Green Haomei Group All plants are surrounded by natural mountains and gardens. In the interest of preserving the environment, our eco-system, our future and that of our children, the treatment of recycled water and any pollutants from our business are dealt with utilising the latest environmental concepts available to us.

Although the huge dimensions of Haomei operating buildings, its view and surroundings are envy to many. We support therefore the culture of low business impact and recycling, which are core in HAOMEI group business model and compatible with research and progress. Following the latest global initiative on safeguarding the environment, all plants use biogas power and effluent treatment technology that ensures that our production facility leaves a minimal carbon footprint and is environmentally friendly.

case of large volumes of material.

Our team Our sales system is innovative and we have created very specialized and versatile personnel: not agents but sales managers who work shoulder to shoulder with the company, but are independent and free to operate across the whole European territory. Each member of the sales team has absorbed our company politics of flexibility and efficiency and – with the help of the new communication technologies – each of them is able to provide immediate feedback to VIC and the customers. The customer is directly linked to one sales manager, which is his point of referral and supports all his requirements during the whole process of purchasing, from the receipt of the order to the delivery of the material.
