With a Surf Membership, you’ll enjoy priority access to this state-of-the-art wave, along with the ability to reserve exclusive surf times and utilize custom-designed surfboards made specifically for this unique machine. Three Bridges Golf Membership
Tradition Meets Innovation on Every Fairway.
In collaboration with world-renowned golf course architect Robert Trent Jones II, the golf experience at Three Bridges is being thoughtfully designed for players of all ages and skill levels. Each hole offers five tee boxes, yet can also be played as a par 3—ideal for quicker rounds, late starts before sundown, or for members introducing young players to a more accessible game. Whether you’re introducing your child to the game or perfecting your own swing, our course promises enjoyment, challenge, and inspiration.
Highlights include a stylish Start-of-the-Round Sports Bar, inviting comfort stations, a state-of-the-art Golf Academy, and a year-round Indoor Golf Practice Facility—all crafted to make every day on the course as luxurious as it is memorable.
A Full Golf Membership at Three Bridges Includes:

At Three Bridges, we believe that some of life’s best moments are shared. That’s why we offer generous guest privileges—so you can welcome your loved ones into the extraordinary lifestyle you enjoy every day.
Whether it’s a round of golf, a rejuvenating day at the spa, or a sun-soaked afternoon by the pool, your guests will feel the signature warmth, elegance, and hospitality that define the Three Bridges experience.
Your Guests, Our Privilege
• Members are invited to host accompanied guests who may enjoy the club’s premier facilities, based on the Member’s specific category of membership.
• Each guest may enjoy access to golf and sports amenities up to four times per year, with policies thoughtfully designed to preserve access and exclusivity for all members.
• The Club maintains the flexibility to review and update guest limits annually, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
Refined Hospitality with Peace of Mind
• Members are kindly asked to take responsibility for any applicable guest fees and charges, as well as ensuring their guests reflect the respectful standards of our community.
• To maintain a refined experience for all, the Club reserves the right to limit the number of guest visits per Member per day and may update guest policies or fees from time to time.
A Thoughtful Balance
While we strive to make your guests feel welcome, our first priority is always to ensure the comfort and convenience of our Members. Guest access to certain amenities, including golf starting times, may be limited during peak periods or special events.
At Three Bridges, we welcome your world into ours—with warmth, elegance, and unforgettable experiences.
All day guests must be accompanied by the sponsoring Member while using the Club Facilities unless the Club determines otherwise.
The Club reserves the right to determine the maximum number of times a particular guest may use the Club Facilities as a guest of a Member during each Membership year from time to time.
A particular individual using the Club Facilities as a guest must be registered by the sponsoring Member with the Club. The Club reserves the right to require identification from each guest. Guests will be charged guest fees for use of the Club Facilities as determined by the Club from time to time.
Guests will be entitled to use the Club Facilities only in accordance with the privileges of the Membership of the sponsoring Member upon payment of daily fees.
Guest fees for any services will be charged to the sponsoring Member’s credit card (or club account if established).
Privileges for an Individual Living with a Member
An unmarried Member living together with another individual in the same household as a family unit on a permanent basis may designate the other individual on a Membership year basis to use the Club Facilities. The Member and the designated user shall be individually and jointly responsible for the payment of all charges and fees incurred by the designated user. The Club reserves the right to establish such fees and other rules and require the Member and designated user to submit such information and forms as the Club deems appropriate.

What You Value. What You Need to Know.
At Three Bridges, we believe that luxury lies not only in beautiful surroundings and curated experiences—but also in clarity, trust, and exceptional service. We’ve gathered answers to a few of the most common questions from prospective homeowners and Members— designed to offer clarity and peace of mind as you explore life with us.
Are Short-Term Rentals Allowed (e.g., Airbnb)?
No. To protect the integrity of the neighborhood and ensure the success of the on-site resort, short-term rentals are not permitted. Maintaining exclusivity and quality for all residents and guests is essential, and the resort component plays a vital role in keeping community dues low. Please note: Residences may not be placed into the hotel’s rental program, as they do not meet ADA and continuity standards required by hospitality guidelines.
What Is a Recallable Membership?
If a non-resident Golf Membership is recalled to make space for a resident, the Member will receive a 100% refund of their original fee. This ensures fairness and flexibility while supporting a vibrant, community-first club experience.
What Do the HOA Fees Include?
Your Homeowners Association (HOA) fees support the care and maintenance of the beautifully designed common areas that define Three Bridges. This includes:
• Community landscaping and trail system upkeep
• Parks, open green spaces, and entry monuments
• Front yard lawn maintenance for private residences
For those who desire a higher level of care, an optional full-yard landscape package (including backyard and planting maintenance) is available. This fee varies based on lot size and landscape design complexity.
Can a Member Cancel Their Golf or Sports Membership?
Yes. If a Member chooses to cancel their Membership, 75% of the initial Membership fee will be refunded within 30 days of three new Memberships being sold.
This industry-standard approach is known as the “three-in, one-out” model. The remaining 25% of the fee is retained by the Club.
Are Non-Resident Golf Memberships Available?
Yes. A limited number of non-resident Golf Memberships are available. These offer a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the Three Bridges golf lifestyle without residing in the community. Please note: To prioritize residents, the Club reserves the right to recall non-resident Golf Memberships as needed.
