The Alaia Beach Club will be part of the Marriott Autograph Collection and will represent Alaia’s first Adults Only experience while also representing the latest opportunity for anyone that may have missed out on Alaia’s initial Studio release. The Studio residences in Phase 1 proved to be our most sought-after product in our initial release at Alaia. The new Beach Club Studios were all designed to face the ocean and the amazing pool amenities offering dramatic views. These studios range from 507 to 799 square feet.
