A Q U I E T ER GR AN DE U R Residence A reveals itself slowly. Arrival takes its time: screened forecourt, a tropical courtyard, and then the house opens entirely to the garden and pool.

A fire pit and seating area sit directly at the water’s edge, built into the pool itself.

The ground floor is given entirely to gathering. Bar, scullery, dining, a BBQ terrace, and a living room that sits outside as much as in. A service lift keeps the house running out of sight. Upstairs, private suites step away from it all.

The glass slides away until the pool ends at the edge of the floor.

Designed as a Legacy Membership to remain in the family for generations, it offers the broadest privileges of the Club, including experiences and access reserved solely for Estate Owners.
