Detection and removal of bureaucratic obstacles and barriers

The development of business and commercial activities in Peru is subject to numerous obstacles composed of procedures, requirements, demands, obligations, charges, and prohibitions that are commonly known as bureaucratic barriers.

On some occasions, bureaucratic barriers may be illegal and irrational, generating time and money expenses for companies that could be eliminated with a complaint to the competent authorities.

Using the ICAE methodology, we can find ways to generate substantial savings and e ciencies for your business.

dentificar (Identify): Through a process of interviews with the sta and access to company information, we identify potential bureaucratic barriers in the business.

Cuantificar (Quantify): Considering the time and resources that the company allocates to comply with bureaucratic barriers, we quantify the damages they cause and the benefits of their elimination.

Analizar (Analyze): We conduct a legality and reasonableness analysis of the bureaucratic barriers a ecting the business and assess the likelihood of success after reporting their removal.

liminar (Remove): We file complaints with the competent authorities to eliminate the illegal and irrational bureaucratic barriers detected.
