Congratulations on 15 years Boss man!! It has been a pleasure working alongside you for almost 14 years myself. I cannot count the times that you have given me a second chance at regaining myself here at PTSMC. I appreciate all the time that you have taken into making me grow here with PTSMC. It has been a long road and I ‘m proud to say I couldn’t have done without you. Pat, Congratulations on 5 years of service here at PTSMC! Actually, we have had the pleasure of having you in many roles for greater than 5 years. Pat, I can say that it has been such a joy watching you grow both personally and professionally over the years. Moving on from this milestone, you will have many opportunities and I look forward to helping you in any way I can as you become a partner. However, speaking from experience, the most important transition you will soon go through will be the transition as a father.
