From my first day at the Watertown office, I could tell what an amazing therapist you are. Your dedicated caseload and repeat patients are a testament to the care and compassion that you provide to every one of your patients. Your expertise in multiple areas has helped to guide our clinic, and I can say without a doubt that I am the therapist I am today due to your guidance and encouragement. You have helped me immensely with case conferences and manual skills, and you have pushed me to further my career through obtaining certifications. I always say Brian is the "Best Boss Ever," because it starts with him being an amazing person. He is patient, understanding, supportive, and sincere.

Despite all of his achievements, he is modest and thankful. I can always count on him, and I see him as a mentor. He inspires me to be creative and independent, except when I say, "Brian, there is a big spider, and I cannot handle this!" But, just like any great boss would do, he takes care of it.
