Michelle Kijewski, congratulations on 20 years with PTSMC. I still remember when you first started in Guilford as my Assistant Director, and it’s been incredible to watch your journey since then, eventually stepping into the role of Director at the Wallingford location.

Over the years, you’ve done so much more than lead an office, you’ve built, shaped, and truly transformed it into a place people are proud to be part of. The culture you’ve created with your team stands out in the best way.

Personally, I want to thank you for embracing this opportunity and putting your heart into developing something we can all look at as a model for others. Congratulations again on 20 outstanding years and thank you for everything you’ve done.

You have a big heart and are always looking out for your staff. Your patients are treated with the upmost respect and you deliver exceptional pt. You are also always willing to open up your clinic to hosting courses and that has meant a lot over the years.

I know it just happened this year, but your order of that coffee cake from Neals Donuts that we all thought was a single slice but was an enormous cake was one of the funniest things, I'll never forget! Cheers to your 20 years.

Stef- Congratulations on 10 years! Of all the PTSMC hats you have worn, I believe the Staff Accountant one fits the best. You are passionate about your work and it shows. From the time you entered this role, you quickly became a vital to our team. We're incredibly grateful for everything you bring to the table and look forward to many more years of working together!

-Christine Dolegala 10 years at PTSMC and 8 years since you left Orange for Admin and I took your spot. So wild how fast that went! Even crazier how much our friendship has grown since then, plus our little group with Victoria and Becca still going strong I can always count on you for a good laugh, whether we’re at work or not. Thanks for always dealing with my random (and sometimes dumb) questions and for putting up with me since day one. Cheers to many more years!

-Nicole Dorosh Stef , happy 10 years! Kind of wild to think back to us both being at a front desk and see where you are now in Accounting and Finance. I’m really glad we’ve gotten to grow together at PTSMC over the years. We’ve been part of the same team for a long time, and I really appreciate you and everything you do. A little bit sad that we don't get to work together very often anymore, but so happy to see you grow into a position where you really excel!

Starting in Orange as PSC, Patient Benefits Coordinator, Verification Representative and now Staff Accountant. You are very detail oriented, logical and practical which makes you great at your job. I cannot thank you enough for the work you do with keeping track of all the merch portal things and talking through the many layers of that project with me. Liz, I still remember the early days when you were working with me as an aide, and now here you are five years in as a physical therapist.

Watching your growth has been incredible. You’ve worked hard for every step forward, and it’s been amazing to see you develop into the clinician and teammate you are today. You continue to be someone who shows up for your team, your patients, and the work every day, and now stepping into a leadership and management track feels like a natural next chapter for you. -Quinn McAnaney Liz has become an essential part of the Guilford office. From her early days as an Aide, to a Student during the challenges of COVID while seeking placement, to now a standout Physical Therapist, her growth has been remarkable. She has built strong trust with her patients, so much so that they often return to see her with another condition or refer their friends and family. Clinically, she has developed quickly and continues to excel, all while remaining a dependable coworker and a supportive friend to everyone in the office. It’s been an absolute pleasure to be part of OT’s journey over the past five years. From graduating undergrad and stepping into her role as a senior PT Aide in our clinic, to pursuing PT school and returning as a clinician, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to growth, excellence, and the people around her.

Watching her evolve into a strong, confident clinician, and now into her role as Assistant Director, has been incredibly rewarding. Her leadership, work ethic, and dedication to both her patients and her teammates set a standard for us all.
