“The staff is mindful of any and all issues, and they listen carefully to me with regard to pain level, as an example. I am confident that the exercises they give me are appropriate for my problem. The spirit and friendliness of the staff is also to be noted, and I think this spills over to the patients and how they act and react. This also includes the staff at the front desk. I thank all of you so very much and most especially Melissa (Boutagy).” - Guilford “Every person in the Waterbury office is wonderful! God bless them all for being there for us during the crisis! I've only gone a couple of times but I feel better already!” Waterbury “Colleen Menard has done a fantastic job! She, together with the other members of the New Milford staff, create a welcome, enthusiastic and friendly environment in which they treat their patients with great skill and understanding. Keep up the good work in these difficult times!” - New Milford “From the moment I signed in at the very organized and neat front desk with its great smiling receptionist, I knew it would be a positive experience. Then I was introduced to Ken King, and I knew I was going to be well taken care of. After a few weeks of treatment with Ken and some of the other great associates, I was on the right road to recovery (thanks Ken, Elton, and a couple other helpful associates). If I have another knee problem I wouldn't waste a minute and would call as soon as possible.” Westbrook The staff is extremely professional and has an understanding and friendly manner. After just one visit, each staff member knew my name and what my plan was while there. The office is also very well kept and reception is extremely organized no matter who is working!” - Fairfield
