Setelah menandatangani nota kesepakatan, saatnya Elabram melakukan proses hiring. Pada hiring kali ini dilaksanakan di Marisa Pohuwato, dengan target menyaring warga sekitar yang potensial.
Dipimpin oleh Astri selaku Key Account, proses hiring ini diikuti oleh 200 partisipan, mulai dari pagi hingga sore menjelang.
Dengan ini, harapannya Elabram turut memajukan serta memberdayakan masyarakat lokal Pohuwato untuk membangun Kabupaten Pohuwato yang lebih baik lagi

Pada tanggal 20 s.d 22 Mei kemarin, Jodie, Vida dan Ananta mewakili Tim Recruitment dalam acara Job Fair yang dilaksanakan oleh Universitas Tarumanegara (UNTAR).
Event ini dihadiri tidak hanya oleh mahasiswa UNTAR, namun dari kampus lain dan para orang tua mahasiswa. Serta selain Elabram, terdapat beberapa perusahaan lain yang meramaikan event Job Fair ini,
Antusias terlihat dari para pengunjung yang mengunjungi booth Elabram. Suasana yang dihadirkan oleh UNTAR juga kondusif dan nyaman, sehingga event berjalan dengan lancar.

Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bantuan kepada anak sekolah berprestasi, dan bantuan alat sekolah. Serta memperbaiki akses parkir sekolah yang masih beralaskan tanah

The "Freeze Response" is a psychological reaction that occurs as part of the body's defense system against threats or stress It is a component of the "fight, flight, or freeze" response to stress. "Fight" and "Flight" refer to reactions of confronting or fleeing from threats Meanwhile, "Freeze" is a state in which an individual feels stuck and incapable of moving or acting in the face of such threats.
In the workplace, various stress triggers such as tight deadlines, excessive job demands, interpersonal conflicts, career uncertainties, or high-pressure situations can provoke the freeze response. Additionally, increasing panic and the desire to escape can exacerbate the freeze response
But How to Overcome with it?
1. Recognize And Acknowledge The Freeze Response
The first step is recognizing and accepting that it is the body's natural reaction to stress This acknowledgment can take the form of identifying moments when one 'freezes'. Then, it would help if you understood the conditions or situations that trigger your freeze response.
2. Break Tasks Into Manageable Steps
After breaking down the tasks, you should create a clear action plan for each small segment. This action plan serves as a roadmap indicating direction and next steps
3. Set Realistic Goals And Deadlines
Individuals are more motivated when their goals are clear and achievable within a reasonable timeframe Effective goal setting involves creating objectives that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART).
