Impact matters This low/no-touch program for stores has donated just over $250,000 to the Shaw’s and Star Market community since program inception in 2019. The Shaw’s and Star Market GIVE BACK WHERE IT COUNTS Bag Program is designed to make it easy for shoppers to give back to their local communities while supporting the environment. With each purchase of a GIVE BACK WHERE IT COUNTS Bag, $1 is donated to a local non-profit organization, supporting civic, education, health & wellness, hunger relief, and military/veterans organizations. This Annual Report showcases the impact of the Shaw’s and Star Market GIVE BACK WHERE IT COUNTS Bag Program on reusable bag sales and local non-profit organizations within the Shaw’s and Star Market footprint. 2021 Annual Re p o rt
