Helping make your fleet strategy HUNTON

24 JUNE ‘26

After 10 years online ‘The GF100’

comes together...

GREENFLEET launched the GF100 ‘Most Influential’ 10 years ago, with the purpose to highlight ‘individuals’ in UK fleet that were going above‘n’beyond in terms of fleet decarbonisation. Not just ‘doing it’, but then talking about it, helping others do it and more.

The early years saw the top 10 dominated by politicians and policy-makers. The ‘100’, as a list, was published in GREENFLEET magazine and was wellenough received, but still needed to capture the attention of the sector. Whether or not a certain Mr Musk ever got to hear that he had made the list… Only he knows!

We wanted the list to evolve, and gain traction within the sector. So, slowly but surely, we weeded out the politics and focused on the good work being done by those that are truly making a difference – vehicle manufacturers, service and solutions providers and, of course, the fleet managers themselves.

2020, thanks to COVID, saw a shift in the way we announce the list – Online! In a ‘Top of the Pops’ style countdown, featuring live interviews with certain individuals that had successfully made the list, this ‘new-look’ enabled us to harness the power of LinkedIn and social media, and this is when ‘The GF100’ really took off!

And now, in 2026, ten years later, we have realised our goal! To bring together as many of the 100 as possible and hear how they do what they do, why they do it and how they’re looking to continue to grow and help others along the way.

We bring you the GF100 Summer Summit!

Fuel and EV charging, unified. Vehicles maintained.

Every mile, every cost, under control.

All brought together in one strategic platform.

Session4

The future is bright... The future is green!

We announce the winners of the 3 x ‘Rising Star Awards’

Sponsored by:

It’s important to make time to recognise and encourage the ‘future of UK fleet’… The individuals that are beginning to leave their mark on the sector.

We have chosen 3 x individuals doing just that. One is at the ‘policy’ end of transport decarbonisation. Helping represent industry and lobby government, as well as working alongside government to help shape strategy and encourage uptake and more.

Another is now making big strides in the sector, from the ‘solution’ end of the market. Fleet electrification would not be possible without this kind of expertise, and innovation.

And finally, the front-line stuff. The ‘fleet’ end of the spectrum. These are the folk responsible for implementing everything, once the decarbonisation strategies are set.

We believe all 3 will continue their growth and we expect to see and hear a lot more from them, moving forward. And together with our friends at The AA & The AA –Business Services, we are delighted to recognise them as our GF100 ‘Rising Stars’ for 2026.

Session5

Top of the Pops - Numbers 1, 2 & 3! We hear from the Top 3 of the GF100 ‘26. Here we discuss the ‘What?’ ‘When?’ and ‘Why?’ plus the results of the polls

Geotab

Geotab is a global leader in connected transportation solutions, leveraging the power of advanced telematics and artificial intelligence to fundamentally transform fleet safety. Processing billions of data points daily from millions of connected vehicles, Geotab has built one of the most robust mobility data ecosystems in the world. However, their true innovation lies in how this data is applied: shifting the industry paradigm from reactive crash response to proactive collision prevention.

At the core of Geotab’s safety philosophy is a singular, driving mission: stopping incidents before they ever happen. By harnessing sophisticated AI and machine learning algorithms, Geotab’s platform analyses real-time driver behaviour, vehicle health, and contextual environmental factors to identify hidden patterns of risk. Their predictive analytics models empower fleet managers to intervene before a near-miss becomes a tragic reality. Combined with AI-powered smart dash cams and in-cab predictive coaching, Geotab equips drivers with real-time awareness, actively correcting high-risk behaviours on the fly.

Through intelligent risk modeling and unparalleled data insights, Geotab is not just recording history; they are actively rewriting the future of road safety. They provide organisations with the AI-driven intelligence needed to protect their most valuable assets: their people.

Lightfoot

Lightfoot is the UK’s only in-cab driver coaching system combining real-time feedback with a fully integrated rewards and gamification platform, turning safer driving into something drivers actively want to do and delivering lasting behavioural change.

Built on the insight that vehicle technology alone cannot reach its full potential without addressing driver conduct, Lightfoot uses behavioural science, patented ‘nudge’ psychology, and positive reinforcement to improve driving standards and reduce fuel consumption. Across more than 400 fleets and 100,000 connected units in the UK and internationally, Lightfoot has delivered an average 84% reduction in dangerous driving, up to 15% fuel savings, 40% fewer collisions, and 15% lower CO2 emissions. In 2025 alone, Lightfoot drivers saved around 109 litres of fuel for every 10,000 miles driven, helping fleets better manage rising and volatile fuel costs. By reducing harsh acceleration, braking and idling, Lightfoot goes beyond telematics to drive measurable, lasting change.

STRATEGIZE WITH FLEETS IN 2026 - LIVE!

By participating in a GREENFLEET NZR event, you are given a platform to engage with organisations from across the region… And, following the successful re-introduction to the events in ‘25, we are retaining a favourite format too – The STRATEGIZE Surgeries.

The platform features a number of ‘Briefer’ presentations in the morning. Following Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV), Transport Scotland or Welsh Government keynotes, the remainder of the day will consist of ‘Strategy’ and ‘Panel’ sessions, with the delegates choosing the ‘STRATEGIZE Surgeries’ that address the elements that are key to their own strategy plans.

The 2 x ‘STRATEGIZE Surgeries’ will run for 45 minutes, prior to the networking lunch and each will feature an expert from an authoritative organisation, plus an individual from the specialist ‘host’ organisation.

The delegates get the chance to listen, ask questions, outline the issues they’re experiencing, where they need assistance, etc. The ‘Surgery Host’ will then engage and try to assist. In-between Surgeries, the delegate can either network in the main suite or go outside for test drives.

As organisers, we are actively inviting key fleet, transport, estates, facilities, sustainability, finance and HR professionals, in both the public and private sectors, to join us.

GREENFLEET would like to Thank

We would like to extend a sincere ‘Thank You’ to all of you that have taken the time to be with us here today, we hope you have enjoyed the first ever GF100 Summer Summit. And a special thanks to our panellists and sponsors.
