Education Business Technology Summit 2016 Partly due to Increasing pressure on budgets, schools across the UK are finding innovative ways to get the most out of their spend on technology. With £900m spent on hardware, software and digital content in 2016*, the many issues schools face when making technology purchasing decisions include: •

Ensuring that fit for purpose ICT hardware and software is available for all

with 1:1 student tablet policies

• Enabling pupils, staff and parents to interact

safely and securely

development through ICT In addition to this, schools are also looking to make significant savings in back office ICT spend.

The EB Technology Summit will host 40 high level delegates from schools within the M25 area.

The morning sessions will explore and discuss the latest ICT topics and the problems schools face with funding.

After the main seminar sessions, organisations taking part (see sponsorship packages) will benefit from one-to-one timed appointments with these delegates to discuss their ICT budgets and the individual requirements of their schools - the perfect opportunity to present the latest innovations.

Lunch and refreshments served throughout the day provide further opportunities to network with education professionals and better understand the barriers they face in delivering safe, reliable IT solutions.

At the end of the event, each delegate is presented with a tablet device. Sponsors will also be able to include software, e-brochures and other content for the delegates to digest.
