GRIDDLE LOVERS UNITE! Outdoor cooking is a global passion; we just make it complete with our griddles and accessories. Back in the day, we dreamed of creating the best outdoor cooking experiences for large groups or families. For decades we relied on grills and other appliances to promote this joyful moment, but let’s be honest, every time something seemed to be missing. When we’re barbecuing outside the rest of the family is still locked in the kitchen preparing other dishes. It’s not the ideal experience. We wanted more; we wanted to COOK EVERYTHING OUTSIDE!

GRIDDLE
COOKING ADVANTAGES Versatility Without Limits From pancakes and eggs in the morning to burgers, fajitas, and seafood at night, a flat top gives you the freedom to cook every meal on one surface. No swapping equipment, no limitations—just one platform that does it all. One surface. Every meal.
Even Heat. Consistent Results. The solid steel cooking surface distributes heat evenly across the entire griddle, eliminating hot and cold spots. Every inch works the same—so your food cooks evenly, every time. Reliable performance, no guesswork.
No Food Left Behind Unlike traditional grills, there are no gaps or grates for food to fall through. Smaller items like vegetables, shrimp, and chopped ingredients stay exactly where they belong—on the cooking surface. Cook more. Lose nothing.
Cook More at Once With a large, uninterrupted cooking surface, you can prepare multiple foods at the same time. Feed a crowd, cook for the whole family, or handle multiple orders without slowing down. More space = more efficiency.
Multi-Zone Cooking Power Create different heat zones across the surface to cook a variety of foods simultaneously. Sear steaks on one side while gently warming buns or vegetables on the other. Total control across the surface.
Controlled Cooking, Fewer Flare-Ups Flat top cooking uses direct contact heat instead of open flame, reducing flare-ups and giving you more control over the cooking process. More precision. Less unpredictability. 4
