“We love the beach and have a vacation house in Ocean City where we like to relax,” Fred says. “I still enjoy music, and I’ll occasionally play sax in pop-up gigs around town. Life can feel like you constantly change gears, but I’ve found lasting contentment in putting others first, personally and professionally.
