ing about real estate.” Stacie got her license three years ago and quickly made her presence known at Keller Williams.

Finding success didn’t come easy right away because Stacie says her biggest hurdle when getting into the business was simply thinking like a businessperson. “I’m an introvert,” she explained. “I had to realize that I need to talk to people if I want to be successful. And because I’m not from Philly and I was so busy, when I first started, I didn’t have a social circle or a community around me.” But once she found her crew and built that community around her, Stacie’s business took off.

In 2018, as part of a team, she racked up $3 million in volume, and this year, having recently become an individual agent, she is on pace to reach her goal of $6 million.

To stand out in this industry that has such low barriers of entry, you have to do something above and beyond and out of the ordinary. What has allowed Stacie to rise above the many agents in Philadelphia is her ability to explain the business and tell her clients what Google can’t.

“I think as far as clients, they like me because I’m a very good ‘hand holder.’ And I’ve been good at figuring out what first-time homebuyers are looking for and what they’re afraid of, where they need help,
